Position Summary
The Construction Manager is responsible for leading all reconstruction operations within the branch. This role oversees Project Managers, in-house craftsmen, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
This is a hands-on leadership role. The Construction Manager is expected to actively manage projects while also leading and developing the team. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, maintaining timelines, supporting profitability, driving collections, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position also plays a key role in maintaining strong insurance performance scores and upholding BMS CAT’s standards of excellence across all reconstruction work.
Compensation
The Construction Manager position offers a competitive base salary, along with the opportunity to earn bonuses based on branch profitability. Compensation will vary based on experience and can be discussed further during the interview process.
