Position Summary
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Blackmon Mooring / BMS CAT locations by facilitating the recruitment of qualified candidates to fill various open positions. In addition, this position will aid in other recruiting efforts as assigned.
Essential Functions
- Ensures timely posting of open positions on all platforms including company ATS, national and local job boards, state workforce postings and other media
- Utilize multiple database and networking searches to locate and recruit available talent
- Phone screen candidates for job compatibility and assure minimum qualifications are met
- Schedule and follow-up with candidate interviews for each location and help facilitate the hiring process with each hiring manager
- Maintain candidate records through the use of company ATS
Job Requirements
- Excellent communications skills
- Convey positive enthusiasm both in person and on the phone
- Ability to multitask and set multiple priorities
- Work independently as well as part of a team
- 1+ years of related recruiting experience
- Minimum H.S. diploma
