What Are We Looking For?
- We are seeking a Fleet Coordinator to be the administrative liaison between our fleet service provider and our branch offices.

Essential Duties
- Add and remove employee drivers from the system
- Assign fuel cards and pins
- Audit and maintain GPS system
- Guide the new fleet though the ordering and upfit process
- Maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly reports
- Notify branch offices of drivers that have a poor driver scorecard
- Schedule selected services- Tire and oil changes, and auto glass repair
Requirements
- Strong communication and comfort with conversing and providing reports to managers
- High level of organization
- Computer literate- Basic proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience operating a fleet management system or other similar type of system
- May travel up to 10% of time
- Valid DL- Motor vehicle background must meet position requirements
- Submit to a background check and drug screen

Your compensation will vary by experience level $16-$20/hr. This can be discussed during the first interview.
