Summary

We are expanding our Healthcare Restoration & Reconstruction Division and seeking experienced leaders who understand the critical nature of working inside active medical environments.


This is not standard commercial construction.

This is controlled, compliant, patient-first work.


Now Hiring:

  • Superintendents / Healthcare Field Supervisors
  • Technicians


Qualified candidates must demonstrate expertise in:

  • ICRA Class III / IV containment construction
  • ILSM implementation and documentation
  • Negative air systems & HEPA filtration per industry standards
  • Infection control risk mitigation in occupied facilities
  • Patient and staff safety protocols
  • Regulatory compliance and AHJ coordination
  • Documentation for hospital risk management and infection prevention teams


Strong working knowledge of:

  • IICRC S500 & S520 Standards
  • OSHA construction safety requirements (29 CFR 1926)
  • TDLR mold remediation guidance
  • Healthcare life safety compliance


Healthcare facility experience is REQUIRED.

  • Can operate in high-liability, high-visibility environments
  • Understand the difference between “building containment” and protecting patients
  • Communicate effectively with hospital administration and infection prevention staff
  • Maintain clean, compliant, inspection-ready job sites at all times


Compensation
