We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team NOW.


Summary

We are seeking individuals with a remediation background who have experience leading a team of restoration and remediation technicians. If you take pride in your work and are dedicated to upholding the standards of the brand you represent, you may be the individual we are looking for.


Essential Functions

  • Support various levels of residential, commercial, catastrophic, and large losses
  • Handle water, wind, fire, mold, and other mitigation work, along with basic construction, demolition, and content manipulation
  • Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, and service vehicles
  • Manage and supervise the restoration crews
  • Ensure that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC guidelines
  • Confirm that all daily paperwork, including timesheets, is collected
  • Make certain all documentation is complete


Experience and Requirements

  • Participate in the on-call rotation schedule
  • 1 year of experience leading a work crew (remediation/restoration)
  • IICRC training and certification preferred (but not required)
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screening
