Essential Functions:

  • Communicate with our field personnel to assure proper documentation and reporting is being completed in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Monitor program assignments for company compliance
  • Effectively use software to track on-going projects through completion
  • Handle customer service and escalation issues that might arise to assure minimal conflict
  • Work closely with key insurance partners to assure systems and projects meet carrier standards and keep current on changes and updates

Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements:

  • Knowledge of A/P and A/R
  • Strong communications skills, especially over the phone
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of insurance claims and estimating practices
  • Knowledge of construction and mitigation work flow and associated terminology
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers to quickly and professionally resolve potential conflicts.

Compensation will be $25.00 - $28.00 per hour. Full benefits are available including company paid employee medical insurance.
