Position Summary
The Project Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project team; focusing on driving a growth plan for all segments of by creating and implementing customer-centric operational processes. The directive includes driving revenue by maintaining and growing relationships, developing and stream-lining operational processes that allow for greater consistency and better training throughout the organization, and teaching/leading fellow colleagues as to how to create revenue opportunities through exceptional operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Grow both mitigation and reconstruction revenue, implement customer-centric operational procedures, and streamline overall processes including the following directives.
• Responsible for developing, preparing and executing the overall customer-centric operational plan
• Responsible for leading the charge to create scalable, consistent operational processes
• Responsible for helping to teach/train operations teams on the operational processes developed; especially those focused on industries with high business interruption ramifications
• Responsible for maximizing operational revenue opportunities through consistent marketing and operational support of the business development team
• Prospects and sets up appointments
• Works closely with team members to capitalize on revenue-generating synergies
• Responsible for estimation and closing of point-of-sale project opportunities when necessary
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and profitability of each individual project sold or assigned
• Assists with collection efforts
• Works with the business development team to facilitate client communication and issue resolution if required
• Has the ability to effectively communicate in high stress situations
• Actively maintains memberships in industry-specific organizations as applicable
• Utilizes and manages CRM tool to keep all client information up-to-date and all activities current
• Supports all operations in selling efforts by providing needed internal support, including but not limited to documentation, communication, setting customer expectations, and potential jobsite assistance
• Maintains and executes corporate reporting needs
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• 10+ years’ experience in similar roles
• Strong analytical skills, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy and accountability balanced with sound business judgment
• Excellent and professional written/verbal communication
• Superb presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop trusting relationships
• Outstanding collaborator with demonstrated track record of proactive communication
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours
