Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Regional TPA Administrator to join our team in Haltom City, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring program compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), scoring metrics, and communication requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm adherence to SLAs and monitor key performance metrics
• Ensure timely communication is properly documented across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address any program compliance issues
• Analyze reports on performance metrics and drive improvement through coaching
• Provide training and guidance for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in administration or a similar role
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of TPA Networks SLAs, metrics, and communication requirements
• Experience in the property restoration or disaster recovery industry
• Advanced proficiency in relevant TPA Network software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
