Restoration Contents Manager

Job Summary
The Restoration Contents Manager will primary be responsible for evaluating, taking inventory, packing, and moving back personal property (contents) and managing crews as required on restoration jobs. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining organization on all job sites while mentoring employees on best practices.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of contents restoration processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proven talent for motivating crews
- Capable of operating a motor vehicle with a valid Driver’s License
- Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, willingness to work occasional nights and weekends are required
Compensation
Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview. In addition, you will be provided with all the tools you will need to assure success. - Base Pay Maximum: $100000
- Base Pay Minimum: $80000
