Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Sheetrock installation and repair
- Texturing
- Painting
- Cabinet installation and repair
- Trim work
- Installation of baseboards, casing, interior doors, and other finish carpentry
- Ability to safely use power tools and job site equipment
- Demolition and project clean-up
- Property board-up experience preferred, but not required
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
